Group Coaching

A small-group coaching program for emerging and existing leaders, typically operating at the same level within different parts of the organization. Your coach will act as a facilitator to the participants, enabling them to engage in a process of deep personal growth while gaining from collective wisdom. For maximum benefit, a limit of 4-5 participants will be assigned to a coach. Transitions Intl Ltd partners with a trusted network of coaches to facilitate larger groups.

Suitable for: Executives, Managers, Entrepreneurs, Emerging and Existing Leaders from different parts of an organization.

 

Duration: Half-day or structured to meet client’s needs.

 

Outcomes: Tailored to each participant’s challenges and objectives, group coaching empowers leaders to
