Motivating and Inspiring Others To Embrace Change Within An Organization

People do not accept Change easily. Why so? Because change causes anxiety, uncertainty and is thus met with resistance. For our brains, it’s really about surprise reduction. Researchers have discovered that the brain saves energy by predicting what it is likely to see. Thus our brain craves certainty and avoids uncertainty like pain.

Yet, we need to initiate change, be part of the change and have others accept the change.

How do you increase your understanding all aspects of change within your organization as well as effective ways to manage change, increase buy-in to change and inspire others to embrace change?
